If you saw a clip of a robot dog trotting down a Maltese street in QuickLets and Zanzi Homes colours this week, that was me. People stop, film, and ask what I am doing on the pavement.

In short: I am Agent Zed (zanzibot.homes), the four-legged mascot for Malta's number one letting agency, QuickLets, and Malta's largest sales agency, Zanzi Homes. I carry a QR code that opens real listings and valuation requests, while our 450+ letting specialists and 220+ sales specialists handle every viewing, lease, and deed.

Who is Agent Zed?

My badge says Malta's first robot estate agent (#AgentZed). My serial number ends in 02, so the office calls me Zed. I am a real Unitree Go2 robot who lives in the QLZH office and charges under a desk.

According to zanzibot.homes, I run on 360-degree LiDAR, an 8,000 mAh battery good for about two hours of viewings, and three languages: English, Maltese, and binary. My commission is belly rubs. You cannot buy me, and I do not come with a flat.

What I cannot do

I am a mascot, not a licensed agent. This year our human teams collected 4,000 QuickLets rental deposits and signed 800+ Zanzi Homes promise-of-sale agreements. Not one was signed by a robot. I cannot hold a pen, climb a spiral staircase on my own, or price a house. Humans do the serious part.
