Steve Mercieca
Co-Founder | CEO
Steve Mercieca is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of QuickLets and Zanzi Homes, the QLZH Group.
“My enthusiasm for new technologies propelled the company to a team of over 500 property specialists in just seven years. “I strongly believe in offering a culture that attracts ‘like-hearted’ people, fuelled by grit and a purposeful drive to give back to society. “My future is brimming with inspiration, however, I’m keen to surprise and not share too much information just yet,” he says.
Founded in December 2013, QuickLets is the largest letting agency on the island of Malta. It has more than 20,000 property owners registered on its system and offers the largest live letting database on the island, providing an efficient and friendly service focused on the client.
Zanzi Homes is the QLZH Group's specialised brand, focusing on the sale of real estate. Launched in April 2015, the company offers a fresh and diverse portfolio of properties to clients.
As synonymous with the QLZH Group, Zanzi Homes is a pioneer in launching new technologies in the Maltese real estate industry. In 2016, it was the first to introduce the use of virtual reality for property tours and viewing. It kept increasing the number of properties viewable in 3D.
Michael Mercieca
Co-Founder | Finance Director
Mr. Michael Mercieca is a Malta Warranted, Certified Public Accountant, a Fellow of the Association of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and the Malta Institute of Accountants. Mr. Mercieca also successfully read for both the Diploma in Taxation and the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation and for some time sat on the tax committees of both the Malta Institute of Taxation and the Malta Institute of Accountants. Mr. Mercieca is officially licenced in his personal capacity as a Corporate Service Provider (under threshold Class B). He held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte Malta, originally having joined the firm’s audit practice 14 years earlier.
Reuben Cini Reginiano
General Manager
As general manager, Cini Reginiano will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, customer service, and operations of the Zanzi Homes offices. He will work closely with existing staff to develop and implement strategies that will help Zanzi Homes continue to grow and thrive in the competitive real estate market.
Cini Reginiano will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to capitalise on those opportunities. He will also be mentoring the office managers to ensure that they are informed about the business goals and strategies.
Cini Reginiano has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked in both residential and commercial markets. He has a deep understanding of the market in Malta and is known for his exceptional training skills that will help Zanzi Homes support their office managers and team leaders, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with the top property developers on the island.
Christian Ganado
Business Development Manager
Christian Ganado has been an active retailer in the Italian, Maltese and Austrian markets for over 20 years. After graduating from the University of Pavia, Christian Ganado successfully oversaw the expansion of a retail business group in Italy and Austria, successfully acquiring the franchise rights of a number of international brands.
Christian and his family have been involved in various Real Estate projects in Malta and overseas, be it in the development of Residential Projects, Commercial Projects and also in the Shopping and Entertainment sectors. Christian is sharing his experience and know-how in various sectors, including the commercial sector, with a particular focus on medium to high-end clients, medium to high-end properties and large-scale projects.
