Gharghur - Field

The land in the caption is located on steeply sloping terrain along the side of the valley k.a. Wied id-Dis in Gharghur. It consists of six narrow terraced fields, which slope along their length in alternate directions to form a continuous zig-zag ramp from the lowest field at street level to the uppermost field further up the slope. The field at the lowest site level has a width and frontage on the street of 57 metres whereas the uppermost field narrows down to 23 metres. The site depth varies between 48.5 metres and 56 metres, giving a total site area of 1,750 sq. metres.
The site is located outside the development zone (ODZ) and commands spectacular valley and sea views. given its convenient location along a country lane as well as the healthy demand for such land for recreational use.
