Led by the driven and passionate Paul Trapani Galea Feriol, the Zanzi team achieved nearly €300 million in residential sales, powered by a team of top-tier talent and bold leadership.

Supporting Paul is none other than Romina Bonello, a veteran in the industry, whose consistent focus on team development, strategic growth, and community building has helped push Zanzi Homes to an entirely new level. Together, their leadership showcases what’s possible when passion meets precision.

Meanwhile, Michael Paris, Head of Commercial and Managing Partner at QLC, also took to the stage, proudly celebrating the incredible people driving growth in the commercial property space. The QLZH Group as a whole also announced a remarkable 18% growth in Q1 of 2025 — a powerful sign of what’s to come.

Group CEO and Co-Founder Steve Mercieca delivered a keynote speech highlighting the Group’s ongoing evolution and the roadmap for 2025. He outlined investments in technology, training, and team development, reinforcing the Group’s belief that its strength lies in its people.

Steve emphasized the unwavering spirit of collaboration across the brands, the importance of unity during both challenges and successes, and thanked every team member for their hard work and loyalty in 2024. His brother, Michael Mercieca, continues to guide the Group's financial future and is now spearheading the transition of QLZH into a public limited company.

Spotlight on Standout Managers and Record-Setting Agents

Excellence in leadership was celebrated across all levels:

At Zanzi Homes, Doulton Tonna of Z360 took home the Manager of the Year Award. Known for his no-nonsense work ethic and incredible ability to rally his team, Doulton’s leadership is bold, dynamic, and full of heart.
At QuickLets, Marc Kane Cachia was awarded Manager of the Year for leading the Mosta branch to top-performing status for an impressive 28-month streak.
At QLC, Clint Borg from CBSM earned the title of Manager of the Year, recognised for his professionalism, innovation, and results-driven mindset.

The night also honoured three powerhouse specialists — Mirvat Ghandour, Ramon Xuereb Rizzo, and Stefan Milosevic — who took home multiple awards for their grit, stellar performance, and record-breaking numbers in 2024.

Honouring Loyalty: Marc Zammit Lupi’s 10-Year Milestone

A particularly moving moment came with the recognition of Marc Zammit Lupi, who was honoured for his 10-year journey at QuickLets. From letting specialist to Head of Letting, Marc has become a steady, influential presence in the Group.

He also received a special award for €6.2 million in rental contracts closed in 2024 — a phenomenal achievement that reflects both consistency and passion.

The Moment That Stole the Show

Of all the emotional moments, none stood out more than when Ann Xuereb, People Experience & Events Manager, took the stage to a full standing ovation. The applause was thunderous, the energy electric — a true sign of the deep gratitude and admiration felt across the Group.

Alongside her, Lisa Magri Overend, who co-hosted the evening with David (aka OZ), received the Growth Award for her outstanding creativity, contributions, and ability to make the Zanzi and QLZH brands shine. Together, Ann and Lisa were the masterminds behind an event that far outshone anything else in the industry.

From Teatru Manoel to The Phoenicia: A Grand Afterparty

After the final award was announced and the final cheer echoed through the theatre, the night continued at the lavish Phoenicia Hotel. With a stunning ballroom, flowing drinks, photo-worthy fashion, and 360° video reels, the celebration carried on into the early hours.
